2025 Golden State International Wushu Championships
This is probably the most highly regarded competition in NA. Will take place in Santa Clara, CA on May 24-25 (Memorial Day Weekend). Registration begins in January has opened. There are beginner categories available for our kids.

**** for compulsory form, please register your child into category 105 - Optional Changquan (No-Nandu)** 自选长拳(无难度)****
**** for staff form, please register your child into category 306 - Other Beginning Gunshu (其它初级棍术)****
ADDITIONAL UPDATE:
We think it’s worth giving a shot to compete with their staff form as well.
If you’ve already paid and registered for compulsory,
You can go to the registration page (w.gowushu.com/participants) and go into the athlete/registration to add category 306 - Other Beginning Gunshu (其它初级棍术).
Registration is $70, each additional event is $30.
So two events would total $130. (There is an additional bank transaction fee)
You can still add the category even if you’ve already paid for compulsory and comp registration.
Check the addtional event category (306) hit the big red button at the top to confirm and settle up.
Please consider adding this category. Since competition is not considered close to home, we feel it’s worth it to make the most out of the event/weekend.
