About the Team

Welcome to LA Wushu Club, where we combine the art of traditional Chinese martial arts with modern-day inspiration and excellence. Our coaches bring decades of experience both in the world of competitive Wushu and the action-packed entertainment industry. With their dedication, passion, and expertise, they are committed to helping the next generation of students develop strength, discipline, and confidence through the art of Wushu.

At LA Wushu Club, our coaches have had the privilege of teaching multiple generations of students, guiding them from early childhood through their high school and college years. Over the decades, we have witnessed young children grow into disciplined, confident individuals who take the lessons they learn in our classes and carry them into adulthood. Many of our students eventually move on to universities, often far from home, or step into the workforce, beginning the next chapter of their lives. While it is always bittersweet to see them move forward, we take immense pride in knowing that their journey with us has contributed to their growth and success.

Now, a new generation has arrived, and we are excited to continue our mission through the LA Wushu Club. Though our coaches have taught under different team names over the years, we’ve co-founded LA Wushu Club to create a home for the next wave of dedicated martial artists. The enthusiasm, discipline, and commitment we see in our students today remind us why we do what we do.

However, none of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our students' families. We deeply appreciate the parents who adjust their schedules, make sacrifices, and ensure their children can attend classes, performances, and competitions. Their dedication is just as crucial as the hard work our students put in. Together, we are building more than just martial artists—we are fostering a strong, supportive community that upholds the values of perseverance, respect, and lifelong learning.

As we embark on this new chapter, we are honored to share this journey with our students and their families. The LA Wushu Club is more than a training ground; it is a family, and we look forward to growing together, one generation at a time.
